Welcome to the West Carleton Family Health Team Website

Since 1973, our physicians have been working to provide the very best in innovative primary health care services.

Today, the WCFHT provides a broad range of family practice services augmented by the skills of nurse practitioners, pharmacists and mental health team workers.

We offer urgent care, full prenatal, delivery and postnatal care, preventive screening including sigmoidoscopies and palliative care, as well as a dietician.

Our community involvement includes being the title sponsor of the "Diefenbooker Classic" walk, run, and biking event every spring, and the organization of the West Carleton Flu Shot Clinic and Health Fair every fall.
